Mr. Trespasz earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his undergraduate from University of Maryland – College Park.

Mr. Trespasz concentrates his practice in the areas of municipal infrastructure projects, public contracts, municipal law, water and wastewater law, and solid waste management. Mr. Trespasz has experience in the area of infrastructure and procurement law, and advises clients with respect to special contract and procurement matters. He also has experience in representing municipal issues in the financing of schools, municipal buildings, healthcare facilities, senior living facilities, sewer, water, solid waste and other infrastructure facilities. Mr. Trespasz has advised clients on public works, project financings, real property issues, contract negotiation and environmental regulatory matters.
