Education
Mrs. Capeto earned her B.A. in both Psychology and Holocaust & Genocide Studies, magna cum laude, from Keene State College. She earned her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Massachusetts School of Law, summa cum laude. While attending UMass Law, Mrs. Capeto was the Lead Editor of the UMass Law Review.

Danielle Capeto is an attorney with experience in the public and private sectors.
Mrs. Capeto provides legal advice to public entities, including municipalities, public authorities, and public benefit corporations. Her practice concentrates on, among other things, issues relating to contracting, zoning and real estate development, animal management services, as well as construction, operation and improvement of public facilities, including water and wastewater treatment facilities, solid waste management, and animal management facilities.
Prior to joining West Group Law, Mrs. Capeto was a Law Clerk at a law firm in Fall River, Massachusetts. She was also a Law Clerk at a law firm in Seekonk, Massachusetts. She has additional experience as a legal intern for the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office in Fall River, Massachusetts.
