Ms. Benedini earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her LL.M. from Georgetown University. She graduated with honors from Florida International University, with a B.A. in International Relations and English.

Renata Benedini concentrates her practice in the areas of municipal infrastructure, procurement law, solid waste management, water law and corporate law. Her expertise includes assisting clients with financing and refinancing of infrastructure projects, including water and wastewater treatment facilities, conversion technology, waste-to-energy facilities, landfill gas-to-energy facilities, industrial facilities, residuals management facilities and other public and private projects. She has advised local governments, public agencies, and national and international corporations and worked extensively in corporate compliance matters. Ms. Benedini has also worked with underwriters and with United States and international issuers in public and private equity and debt offerings.
She is admitted to practice in New York, Florida and the District of Columbia. Ms. Benedini is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has working knowledge of French and Italian.
