Victoria Rosa is an attorney with experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors.
She represents and provides legal advice to public entities, including municipalities and public authorities. Her practice focuses on, among other things, the construction, operation and improvement of public facilities, including water and wastewater facilities, municipal buildings, recreational facilities and solid waste management.
Ms. Rosa has experience analyzing issues of federal and state law, including work under Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management regulations, and both federal and state administrative law. At the local level, she has experience with environmental permitting, zoning, and land use planning. Victoria also has noteworthy experience assisting in litigation.
Prior to joining West Group Law, Ms. Rosa was an Associate with another law firm and a judicial extern at the United States District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
